The foster care system is the biggest failed experiment in institutionalized baby sitting ever and a true testament to short term thinking.
One day when the accountants and entrepreneurs have left the building maybe we’ll take a long hard look at the futility of continuing to throw billions of dollars at the wrong end of the system.
